FIEL MANTA – SARAPE DE OFRENDA [ARCHIVE 2025 – SOLD OUT]

This is the piece that started FIEL.
Before the veladoras, before the altarcitos — there was this blanket. We had 25 woven in the traditional Saltillo stripe, not the thin tourist one you see at the flea. Heavy cotton, real fringe, colors that look like a Valley sunset over the palm trees.
We didn’t list it. We gave it to familia. Tias, comadres, the ones who keep the ofrenda up all year, not just in October. It was meant to be the base — you lay it down first, then you build the altar on top of it. Red for the blood, green for the life, the white fringe for the light that brings them back.
Everyone who got one put it on their altar and never took it off. Then everyone else started asking where we got it.
Why it says SOLD OUT:
This colorway — Rojo 956 — was a one-time run of 25. Once they were gone, they were gone. We did not reorder. We will not reorder this exact stripe.

DETAILS FOR THE NEXT DROP:
Size: 50″ x 70″ – Ofrenda / Throw size. Not a full bed blanket, it’s for your altar, your couch, your car.
Material: Heavyweight cotton blend, woven, not printed. Fringe on both ends, hand-tied.
Care: Cold wash, hang dry. It gets softer every wash. Do not bleach the red, compa.
Made to be lived on. Coffee stains, candle wax, marigold petals — that’s the point.
