Due to the nature of our products being one-of-a-kind, secondhand, upcycled, handmade, and small-batch, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
1. One-of-a-Kind and Small-Batch Products
Many of our collections and vignettes are one-of-a-kind, one-of-one, or limited small-batch editions. No two are alike. Please review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because the item did not meet your expectations.
2. Pre-Orders and Deposits (All Collections)
If a product offers a deposit option at checkout, the following terms apply regardless of collection or vignette:
All deposits are non-refundable. By paying a deposit you are locking a build slot and authorizing us to purchase materials for your specific unit.
The product page will state the deposit amount, the remaining balance due, the total price, and the balance due date / pickup window.
If you do not pay the remaining balance by the stated balance due date, your build slot is released and your deposit is forfeited.
Deposits cannot be transferred to other products and cannot be refunded for change of mind.
If you pay in full upfront and we are unable to complete your unit due to materials or emergency, you will be fully refunded.
If we are unable to complete a deposit-based unit due to materials or emergency, your non-refundable deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Waitlists and Early Lists
Joining a waitlist or Early List is free and is for email or promotional communication purposes only. There is no charge to join. Joining does not guarantee a product or a build slot and does not charge your card. If a product becomes available, you will be notified by email and must place a new order.
4. Shipping and Local Pickup
Small items such as the FIEL ALTARCITO portable ofrenda and similar keepsakes may be shipped within Texas or picked up locally in McAllen, TX.
Large items such as furniture, sillas, and large installations are local pickup / local delivery only in the McAllen area and do not ship.
The product page will state if an item is pickup-only or available to ship.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit or is defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@artcmcallen.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the original packaging
We will review your claim and file a carrier claim if applicable. If approved, we will offer a replacement if available or a refund to your original payment method.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Deposits cannot be canceled once paid. If you need to cancel a full-price order, contact us immediately at info@artcmcallen.com and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been processed.
7. Refunds
If a refund is approved for damaged, defective, or unfulfillable orders, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
All deposits across all collections and vignettes are non-refundable and are not eligible for refund.
